Essendon Historical Society Collection

The Essendon Historical Society was founded in 1970, holds and collects records relating to the history of the Moonee Valley area. It specialises in land and house records but also has a wide range of photographs available as well.

It assists local residents in locating records and information on various clubs, associations as well as personal and house records.

The Society publishes a Newsletter fives times a year which contains articles on the history of people and places in the area.

The EHS is affiliated with the Royal Historical Society of Victoria.
